Fire/EMS FAQ:
Can I create pages that are visible only to my department members?
- Yes. We offer you the ability to create Custom Pages within your site. You have the option of making these pages visible to all web visitors or visible only to logged in members. This can be useful for things such as meeting minutes, SOP's etc...
Can I have email with my site?
- Yes. Each account comes with up to 50 email accounts that you can use for your domain. You have the option of creating either physical mailboxes or having the email messages automatically redirected to a personal email instead (for example: yourname@yoursite.com sends to youremailaddress@aol.com).
How do I transfer my domain name?
- You will login to your domain registrar (the company that you pay your yearly domain registration). Most domain registrars have a way to manage your DNS nameservers. You would simply update the current nameservers with our nameservers. This transfer can take between 24 and 72 hours before the new information is propagated across the internet. We can assist with this transfer at no cost to you. If you need assistance in transferring your domain name, open a customer support ticket or use our contact page to let us know.
How can I get started?

Every website and every department has different features and needs, so we prefer to meet in person to talk about what we can provide, and to get feedback from you on what features you need. Email us directly, and lets get the ball rolling. After a meeting to discuss the plans, the design work begins and you should have your new website very quickly!
What are the special rates for Fire/EMS agencies?
- Since I'm a volunteer firefighter, I understand first-hand the budgetary constraints of a fire and ems agency. Equipment costs are on the rise, and the fuel costs alone are becoming a burdon on many departments. I am willing to work with your agency to find a solution that meets your budget. On average, departments have saved between $1,500 and $2,000 off the standard commercial design rate, and monthly hosting is provided at my exact cost.
